Commons Advisory is led by Jonathan Hildner, a nationally experienced political strategist and organizer with a track record of building, scaling, and executing winning campaign programs.

Jonathan has served in senior leadership roles on some of the most complex and competitive campaigns in the country, including presidential, U.S. Senate, congressional, and statewide races. His work has focused on campaign strategy, field operations, coalition engagement, and large-scale voter programming, particularly in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.

He has held national leadership positions overseeing multi-state organizing efforts, managed and coordinated large staff teams, and built programs that engaged hundreds of thousands of voters through direct contact, community outreach, and on-the-ground campaign activations.

In addition to his national work, Jonathan brings firsthand experience as a candidate, giving him a practical understanding of what campaigns need to win - clear strategy, disciplined execution, and programs that actually reach voters.
